What the iMac 27 offers is the Apple LED Cinema Display. In my experience it's an amazing screen with very accurate color.
I haven't compared any prices since I'm happy with my own Samsung 24" 1920X1200 so I can't say much about that. But I can say that the Cinema display's colors are better than my samsung. Plus can't beat the 2560-by-1440 res

You're welcome. I'm still fairly happy with my 2011 Mac Mini Server. I've also noticed that this review is ranked very high on google; I suspect it's because most other reviews focus on the non-server versions of the mini. That's my best guess anyways.

Thanks a lot for this - I'm thinking about getting one of these to replace a 2010 iMac - your review must be popular because it came top of the Google search list!

Well, after all that, all I get is a SIGABRT.. it doesn't do anything but crash without indicating SIGABRT @ MAIN... I reduced the frames to 20 - It would be of course very helpful to just post the project to eliminate typical issues..

Of course I watched the videos :) - I wanted to dive into getting a series of animation to playback, hence why I'm here. Everything was great until that second to last line.. then the last line. Video II works fine.. though.. I'm getting ViewController AnimateIt "unrecognized selector sent to instance" - because my files are named differently.. I would suspect this to be the cause..

This example was not composed with ARC. With arc, supposedly the alloc'ing and releasing of memory is handled for you. I personally am not knowledgable with ARC; it is new to me, and have yet to utilize it. If you want following this example line for line, you'll have to compile your project without ARC (not sure where that is set, off the top of my head). However, you would probably be best served by watching the video and getting the general idea of what I'm trying to accomplish and then trying to do the same thing on your own.

Good luck
